Limited Edition Archival Canvas Prints available in 30x60", 24x48" and 18x36".
The drive between Radium Hot Springs and Golden in the Columbia Valley, BC, is one of my favourites. It feels like the forgotten valley in our world. It's home to the breath taking Bugaboos, wild wetlands, unusual flora & fauna. When I was apporached by Patty from Patty's Greenhouse in Brisco to undertake this commission, I was delighted have a chance to embody not only aspects of the area that are meaningful to her, as well as the peaceful and tranquility of the farming life in that area that speak to me. Patty also requested all the colours be used in this piece!
The result is a glorious early summers day with flowers blooming, new leaves on trees and a hive of animal activity, set against the backdrop of a stunning mountain range with the wild Columbia Wetlands in front.
This is a limited edition series of 50.
All prices are for rolled canvases. I offer canvas stretching/mounting for those who are able to pick up locally. Please contact me at the time of ordering to arrange this.
Stretching is an additional 20% of the print price, to be paid separately.
Farm Life & Columbia Wetlands
All Canvases are printed with Epson UltraChrome HD Pigment ink technology and are hand glossed with a museum grade UV protective coating.
Epson's UlthraChrome HD Pigment inks have Permanence Ratings well in excess of 200 years when properly protected; the prints exhibit high resistance to atmospheric ozone; have very good water-resistance properties; and, the pigment images are extremely resistant to damage caused by storage or display in high-humidity environments.
Each is numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity.
Unless arranged with the artist, prints are rolled and shipped in mailing tubes.
To protect your investment, do not lean anything on it, keep it out of direct sunlight where possible and avoid humid areas.
