Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by our company adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Shipping Policy
Limited Edition Giclee Canvas Prints are shipped in a mailing tube unless an alternative arrangement is made once the order has been placed.
95% of my orders are made to order to keep them in pristine condition. This takes time and shipping speeds are abysmal in my area. Please allow 2ish weeks to receive orders in BC & AB, Canada. Allow more time if you're further away.
If you require your order by a particular date, please specify this at the time of ordering and I'll do my very best to accommodate your needs.
Your email and or/cell phone number may be shared with the shipping company so you are able to connveniently track your parcel. If you do not wish for this information to be shared please notify me at the time of placing your order.
Calendars and Greeting Cards are sent letter mail and will not have a tracking number.
Shipping is free within Canada and $10 flat rate for international orders.
Returns Policy
When you receive your order if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please, please please contact me so we can work it out together. I am a 1 woman small business and will work my tail off to make it right for everyone :-)
Limited Edition Prints and Original paintings are irreplaceable so return shipping charges may apply if exchanging or returning. You have 14 days to initiate a return from the date of confirmed delivery of your order, as shown by shipment tracking.
Anti-Fraud
I hate being scammed and I'm sure you do too.
In an effort to reduce fraud, if there's even a whiff of suspicious activity, I may contact you to check that you are a real human being who has legitimately ordered something from my website. Your order will not be processed until I am confident you are the real deal.
