This piece has been floating around my brain for a while. How did nature come up with a stark white animal to stick out like a sore thumb against a dark, rocky backdrop? Seems like poor planning to me, that can't be helpful for survival against predators. Counter balanced to that is their ability to climb a vertical line in a leisurely fashion, defying physics and flabbergasting those who witness it.
